2024 Gathering Dates & Locations

All participants will need to book their lodging for the gathering. We have arranged for a courtesy block and discounted hotel rates as assistance. Please see the links below for each region.
Please feel free to book via the courtesy block or arrange other accommodations that work best for you (Examples: Hotel, Airbnb, VRBO, accommodation with friends/relatives).

Participants are responsible for covering and arranging their travel to/from the respective gatherings.
For those who are planning to rent a vehicle, we have arranged a discount link below.
If you do not have access to our corporate account with National and Enterprise car rentals,
you can still receive a discount, using our discount link. The discount is 5% off for Enterprise 10% off for National.
Food
Lunch and dinner meals are included in the registration rate. Participants are responsible for breakfast meals.
